I was a bit frustrated with uploading documents, not being able to document sign etc...however, I realize it is for my protection as it does have personal information. That being said, it was a relatively easy process, the staff were courteous when answering my questions. Thank you for everything

Daren and his team were phenomenal they were very helpful during our process. We originally had a pre approval from another company but after we had put an offer on a house they rescinded that offer with no explanation. We then reached out to Daren he guided us telling us that the VA had tweaked some guidelines and that was the reasoning behind it. He then guided us toward the right direction to be on par with purchasing a property. Will and still am recommending him and his team to everyone I know and meet.

My first mortgage payment was scheduled for 3/1/24. When I called two weeks in advance to set up payment for that date, I was told there would be no payment required, as my loan had been sold and I would need to arrange payments with the new lender. Now I'm being notified of a payment due with veteran's united on 3/1/24. I called in advance. I had the money. I was ready to make the payment. Veteran's united declined to allow me to make payment. Now you're notifying me of payment due?

Hooah! Hooah! For Veterans United!If you want to speak with authority about anything, it’s probably a good idea to have experienced it a time or two. This was my fifth home-buying experience and my third VA loan. I do believe that’s a sufficient enough number to give me a pretty good experience level to speak with confidence about my experience with Veterans United.
