Honestly, I’ve heard many horror stories about mortgage lenders. I can’t not thing of one negative thing about VU. I am not a veteran, but was referred to loan specialist, Danny Davis, by my real estate agent. I was skeptical at first because they specialize in government loans, when I was seeking conventional. My skepticism soon vanished as their rates were still hugely competitive with bigger banks. I am a first time home buyer, so naturally, I had a lot of questions.
