In whole I was happy with the experience working with Johnny and Cara and the rest of the team. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the real estate agent. He was unavailable for me and lacked follow through in getting things done in a timely manner which slowed down the sale and almost made the seller back out. Johnny Mitchell jumped in and got things done for me.

Overall it was a good experience. Just make sure you communicate clearly with your loan officer, especially when it comes to providing information needed by the underwriter. This was the longest / most frustrating part of the process, but overall I am very happy with the outcome.
