Great Experience, can’t beat it!

Veterans United Loan Teams should do a better job at communicating information with the borrower’s. In the beginning of the home loan process, my loan team answered all my questions and concerns, but towards the end I felt like I was being ignored. They would hardly text back with information or status updates. When my loan finally closed, my Loan Officer didn’t even give me a call or text to tell me Congratulations. I felt abandoned at the end and like I didn’t matter.


I am very impressed with the service and the team. They worked really hard during this pandemic and made my dream come true. Underwriting gave final approval 2 business days before my closing date and it still closed on time even with an addendum made. We closed in 28 days and that included Veterans Day that we lost a day. So 27 days, that has to be a record for Ryan and his hardworking team during this pandemic and crazy market. Not once, did Ryan or his team use any excuses. Please make sure that the higher ups of Veterans United are aware of this remarkable work of accomplishment. They all deserve an award each. Kudos! I recommend any veteran to seriously consider Ryan and his team work with their home loan, no matter what their situation is. They are a class act!!!
