Every time I called or emailed him, he would get back with me within minutes. He was on top of our loan processing every step of the way, and would explain the process whenever I had any questions. Julie was an absolute sweetheart whenever I called her too. She kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything or to let us know what documents needed completed. I was a little frustrated with the need to upload or submit the same information or documents multiple time, but overall I was happy with my experience with Veterans United.
Would HIGHLY recommend going with Veterans United. Everyone that I’ve worked with during this process was excellent and made it such a wonderful experience. The ability to have a group of knowledgeable professionals that you can reach by email, phone or text throughout the day made this so easy. The website/portal make staying on track a breeze. You’re able to easily upload documents, see what requirements are due and when, or just general loan information it’s all there.
