This was my first time buying a house with Veterans United, and I most say that I will do it again on my next purchase, no questions asked. The process was simple and the loan specialist was always available via email or via phonecall. For future homebuyers, as long as you provide the documents requested by your loan officer in a timely manner, they will take care of everything else for you. That is very important in order to close -out on time. I was a little confused because I initially worked with Matt for awhile and then all of a sudden it was like all communication with Matt stopped. Colin was extremely helpful and so was Laurin. But there were definitely times that Laurin just seemed very "blah". She was always very helpful, but didn't really come off as being happy.
The home appraisal was a great issue took way past the 10 days to get the paperwork done the termite had to he done twice because they didnt check the whole land and buildings on the acre of land
