Overall a good experience and, in the end, walked away with a great new home. Loved working with our realtor Jason and our 2nd loan coordinator Meili. The portal made the whole process a snap. My one big concern was how pushy and borderline rude our first coordinator, Alex, was regarding my decision to give them bank statements instead of my bank account username, password, and pin.
