This is the second time I worked with Felicia Solomon and she, along with Veterans United, have the process down to a science. Felicia was quick and super helpful even with stuff she may have already covered. 10 out of 10, I would recommend.
I also feel that having the rep tell us that we need to give them a 10 on this survey contradicts the whole point of an anonymous survey.. sort of strong arming you to get a 10 is not right!

Will never use another loan company again. The most communication I’ve ever had throughout the purchase process. Everything was online and easy to complete, and I never had any concerns Cara and Jill would put us on the back burner; they went far and above my expectations of a mortgage company.
