I just recommend do not give a closing date until you are for sure you are ready to close with all the documents needed, especially during a pandemic and the holidays.

Just truly amazing work from start to finish. This was our first home and between Laurie Henighan knowing what houses were good to be backed up by the v.a. And Matt Lucas and his team being on top of all the info and details needed was amazing. Will work with them again in the future for future house purchases.
