Veterans United is fine for most people but discriminates against disabled veterans
Response from Veterans United
Christopher, thank you for providing these details around your loan experience. We are glad that in the end, you were able to obtain home loan financing. Ultimately, it is appropriate to consider how loan approval guidelines are developed and maintained. The discretionary aspects of the loan process can at times provide needed flexibility. We appreciate your perspective and invite you to contact our Client Advocate team directly to continue the conversation.
I recommend.
Godspeed to everyone I wish you all the best and thanks for helping me achieve a big goal.
We are very satisfied with our experience. Our loan specialist made the process simple and very clear, and she was a pleasure to work with. She helped guide us through the entire process and always responded to our questions. She was also very patient when I had to be out of town on orders. Highly recommend.
The whole operation went pretty smooth sounds like everyone has pretty good knowledge

I'm not an easy person to work with. I can't bring my phone to work and by the time I got off shift, they were closed for the day. I practically did everything through voicemails and texts. This proved to be of zero consequence because the VU team has an extremely easy UI/platform and they explained everything I needed to do in enough detail to where I never needed to call them. On top of all this I never worried about my loan throughout the entire process.
