David made a mistake, tried to correct it. His supervisor was terrible. I have reported the error to multiple agencies since it will cost my family over 20k. Terrible, they should have just corrected the error. Worse experience with a lender I have ever had. Last house we purchased was April of 2020 and it was a far better experience during the height of Covid when everything was shut down.
