The only problem was with the builder and Covid-19. These 2 really slowed us down. We were to hear every 2 weeks how our house was progressing. If our Realtor didn't try we wouldn't know anything and she got hung up on one time. The other times the builder or Magan were very ugly to her. When Yasman had an amendment to be signed, Magan would hold it until she was ready to send it back. So yes, we had a great Real Estate Agent. The Veteran United Home Loan and Staff were great. I know that the Veterans helped with our daughter's College for Nursing. Thank You Veterans you don't get enough credit for what you do for us.
I highly recommend working with the Veterans United team. Every single person I worked with on the team went above and beyond to help, was available to quickly answer any questions I had, and found me the best rate for our home loan. Their knowledge and expertise were very apparent and above all, I really appreciated their willingness to get me the information I needed, even during non-business hours – you can tell they care on a personal level.
