The process was, in my opinion, easy from the start. The automation tools, including the document portal, Docusign, and email notifications are a great way to get things done. Granted, the buyer has just as much responsibility to be responsive, as their team at VUHL. Matt and I had a long time to build a good working relationship because of the time between our first contact and closing. In a process where communication is important, Matt was always communicative, and easy to reach out to. I don't know how many other loan officers VUHL has, but I would not have wanted to work with anyone but Matt.
