It was easy to complete the tasks needed re: paperwork and review of documents. I imagine if one is not computer literate it might be quite a challenge and time consuming. Using the internet was speedy and easy. It took only about two months to complete the process. Be prepared to pay for the inspection out of pocket; other fees can be included in the loan.

Little upset about the house. Found some deficiencies, house was filthy dirty from construction should of been professionally cleaned before entering house. Didnt get any information except a phone number for services in the house camera system
As a first-time home buyer since retiring from the military and civilian employment, VU made the process EASY. I did not have to exert any extra effort to get things done. The Realtor (Teresa Effio/Realty One) they assigned to me was the best. When Covid19 first began in early March and we had to move out of our hotel; she increased her efforts to find us the property we hoped for. WE CLOSED ON MARCH 25! Depending on what date we use when we first began house hunting, it was approximately less than 35 days to closing! The coordination between lender and realtor was impressive; thing got done quickly! They were very professional, helpful and customer oriented. Your ability to upload the constant documents to a secure site was so valuable in expediting the forever changing documents.
