Vets United has done some admirable things for Americas servicemembers and that must be noted, but my family and I were very underwhelmed with the lengthy process and the lack of support. We are truly disappointed that we could not give a better review but I would be remised if I don't note our events. Unfortunately, we did not feel the urgency needed to expedite a refinance due to time and communication constraints. Covid-19 is real and not to be taken lightly but If we didn't call regularly to seek updates, we would still be waiting for the loan to close. Is October-January too long?

Like any purchase you need to stay involved and ask questions. If I had concerns or questions I called and asked. Keeping everyone informed and on the same page was the hard part.
