Thanks so Justin who also helped and was available to help facilitate and answer questions as well. Thanks to you both, and we are settling in to our new home!

Thank you.

If you’re thinking about purchasing a home but aren’t sure you can afford it. You can’t afford not to! I purchased a multi family home and my mortgage is less than what I was paying for rent. And my rental covers 80% of my mortgage. Having 0% down for the VA home loan is a no brained. Vets United will have your pre-approval letter fast and you will be shopping within days.

Overall my family and I are completely satisfied with the entire house buying experience from the realtor to the Veterans United!

I need assistance in setting up an account and understand how to pay through auto draft on the site

Veteran United made owning my first home a reality. Veterans United is without a doubt the only choice for my future purchases.

Austin did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and moving us through the process. Thank you!

Veterans United Home Loans was an overall great experience for me. Really go the extra mile to accommodate their clients.

The overall experience was much easier then I thought it would be. Over all my wife and I are very very happy.

Our other loan team member Gina O. Was our go to for the loan process and kept us up to date and in the loop of the process. She made this process very smooth.

Ryan’s team failed spectacularly during the week prior to our closing. They did not order any of the re inspections needed, despite multiple calls emails and texts saying as such. Not only that but during this they did not communicate with me, but thanks to my realtor I was able to stay in the loop. They told her it was being taken care of, until come the day we were suppose to close we discovered that non of the paperwork was available due to not ordering inspections. They claimed we never told them the required repairs were completed, but our realtor had emailed them the invoice a week prior! From that moment on it took daily phone calls and emails directly to Ryan (instead of Jared) to ensure I was constantly on top of them. I ended up wasting 6 days of PTO and losing my money on a moving truck company and having to move everything myself over the course of a single day in order not to have to extend my current lease at the time, at the same time as I was told ‘why not just take additional days off?’. Being active duty, working with a ‘Veteran based’ company, you would hope they knew that is NOT how it works and they it requires planning ahead of time. I would never again recommend this company due to the lack of communication, treatment, and general confusion that seemed to ensure every time I called. It was almost as if they were upset that my realtor was passing on all necessary communications and keeping me in the loop, instead of waiting around hoping for an answer.
