A few times we would call regarding a question and would receive an email back in response that would not answer our questions fully which was frustrating. Had communication been better, the scores would have been higher.
Never bought a house over the internet, quiet a eye opening experience I must admit. I really feel old but these folks got it done. Impressive to say the least.
