My only complaint was during closing. It took extremely long for the loan to be funded. My loan team was not available during closing to help with this issue. Maybe I am putting to much responsibility on them but I felt alone during the closing. Thankfully everything went through although it took some time. The rest of the experience was very good
Communication is key! I I really strive to know what is going on, and at times I felt as though there was a lack of overall communication between the lender, my agent and the title company, as well ad myself. Maybe that is just process; however, if there was one thing I would recommend to improve timely communication between all parties would be it.
The online account feature was very easy to use. I could upload the required documents without any issue or question. If there were any items that VU needed it would pop up, I would upload and done. I also had a person to ask questions anytime through out the process and she was fantastic. VU had the online features with the personal touch I love. I highly recommend VU
Veterans United took the stress out of home buying! They were extremely easy to work with and helped us successfully close on a home in less that 25 days! If you want an amazing lender ask for Billy Jones. He’s the best hands down!
