My realtor Marcie Santiago was outstanding and truly understood what I was looking for and helped me so much through the entire process. I was able to walk away with money in my pocket because of her knowledge and expertise and I was in a new home in thirty days because of how quickly my loan officer responded. My loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable of not only his own process, but also that of other lenders and home builders. He was able to identify tricky verbiage within contracts that I had not even shared with him at that point due to his experience and was able to explain what that verbiage meant to me in a way that I was able to easily understand. I greatly appreciated the ability to get in touch with him and the team when I needed; even during a time where there was a considerable amount of snow in their region. I could not be happier with my home buying experience.
