The entire team really cared about the success of the loan and making sure the process worked for me. I enjoyed working with Ryan and his team! Our application was quite complex due to how I am compensated on my job. The team really listened to my explanations and was able to resolve the issue with no further problems or hesitations. Additionally we closed this loan during the Covid-19 pandemic, which really made for interesting situations on that side of the process! Ryan and his team took all that in stride and didn't miss a beat. Ultimately our loan was approved and we were locked in to one of lowest interest rates that I have ever seen in my 30 years of home buying experience! Thank You Veterans United!!!
Never ever use Veterans United again and our attorney is checking out what additional stepps we can take, definitely reporting will happen and telling evryone about our unprofessional and unpleasant exspirance so no else falls in this trap.

After having a horrible experience with a different lender, finding VA entitlements issues/miscalculation on day 35 of escrow and causing to extend our COE + requiring us to pay approximately $1300 to extend the rate lock to the new COE, I decided to give Veterans United a call. Within minutes, Ryan Stoll was able to point out the calculation issues the previous lender made, and confidently assured me that, if we provide all the required docs by X date, we would still be able to close within 21 days — and we did. Ryan and his transaction coordinator, Levi, were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive to any/all inquiries we’ve sent, kept us informed on the status through the entire process, were very friendly yet remained professional.
