Always on time with calls and follow ups. very clear on instructions. closing was an issue but not the fault of Veterans United.

Very good experience. Single father stationed in Japan and moving back to the US. Realtor, mortgage, title, inspectors, everyone during this process during COVID-19 challenges, I’m a first time buyer, roughly 12 hour time difference, VA loan (additional steps), just everyone came together to make this a painless process and I’m very excited to be a first time home owner. VU has a very easy checklist system that let you know what you need and when and eliminates a lot of the unknown. I great straight forward system. I look forward to using them again in the future as I am not done with my time in the service and it has been a excellent experience. I just recommend do not give a closing date until you are for sure you are ready to close with all the documents needed, especially during a pandemic and the holidays.
