Abbey kinda ruined the experience for me and im sure my loan officers were aggravated with me. There were several things I didn't fully understand but I could they didn't really want to be bothered but the real estate agent Nicole and her team mate Emily really took their time with me.
They are so professional at what they do
Great process. I did this in 2017 and enjoyed it, so I am glad to work with Veterans United again.
Matt and his team are a blessing, they were able to help us lower our interest rate when we decided to refinance. They kept us informed at all times about what was going on with the process. Not only that but if we had any questions they were able to answer them with no problem.
Seamless and easy first home buying experience with Fahad and his team.
Very happy to work with Veterans United, they were very helpful in helping me find the perfect home. I will be forever grateful. Thank you

Veterans United was very helpful and showed they cared about my needs. They walked me through everything and made the process very easy. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone who needs a loan.
it was a pleasure to work with Tim and his team! I really appreciate the time and effort put forth from beginning to end of my home buying journey. thank you!!! Ryan, Wes, Jacob, Matthew ...thank you all!!!
Ginny Young has ruined the home buying process for me. She was unable to give me dedicated time and energy in my home buying process. She was very rude and short at times making me feel like I was more of a burden to handle, and she was wanting to get the commission from my use with Veterans Home loan. There were multiple issues with Ginny that the words can not describe, and there are even more unethical fair housing issues that I have experienced with her. I know multiple individuals that have received a cutting board customized from Ginny, yet I did not. She made me so frustrated at points that on the closing day, I was so mad I was not even excited for buying my FIRST house, I was honestly disappointed and disgusted with the way Ginny handled the situation. Ginny even at one pointed directed me to “Just sign the document, it’s required” instead of actually taking the time to fix the document that was incorrect (still demanded I sign an incorrect document) or explaining what the document entails, why I’m signing an incorrect document, or explaining with a calming presents anything about the situation. I am so highly frustrated with the whole process of working with Ginny, who came highly recommended by multiple people, as well as Veterans United in a whole. If there is another company that handles veteran loans, I will always recommend the different company or steer individuals away from Veterans United as Ginny was so unprofessional and disrespectful at times. There needs to be corrective actions taken as this was the worst experience. I absolutely regretted closing on the house because for the first two weeks all I could think about was how rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic Ginny was and that I was just a number “required to sign.”
