Our Loan Specialist was great; he really knew what he was doing and he stayed with us every step of the way. The web page was great: The To Do page kept us on track regarding what we needed to do and the Documents page made it easy for us to keep track of what we had already done. I can't imagine going to any other lender for any future VA loans.
