Veterans United made our first time home buying experience overall great! As new home buyers, we had a lot of questions that our whole team could answer! There was a lot of paper work needed but as soon as I gathered the paperwork, they moved the process along fast! We applied mid July and got approved within a couple weeks. What took the longest in the whole process was just trying to find our perfect home! We closed Sept 30. From start to finish was only around 2-3 months! I’d definitely recommend using Veterans United! We are so happy in our new home and want to say thanks to our loan team and Veterans United!

We are very pleased to still be financing our home through Veterans United. They made our initial purchase of our home so easy, and our refinance one year after was even easier! They recommended we refinance at this time because the rates were lower, and we wound up saving over $100 a month and we couldn't be happier about that. We feel that Veterans United always has our best interest in mind, is very clear with us about the home buying and refinancing process, and is deserving of our business! You should see for yourself!

Overall, I am very pleased with the home buying process and Veteran's United. I'm a first-time buyer and my realtor was a first time VA loan. Even with our novice experience, Veteran's United made it easy and streamlined throughout the process.

Veterans United is one of the most structured and reliable lenders I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Professionally (as a realtor) and personally (for all my personal needs).

To all of my Veterans. If you are able to get Shane Bratkowski, you are in good hands! This organization is good to work with and very responsive.

The concierge and home insurance was subpar wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Overall great experience!

Through all the ups & downs everyone on our team from realtor through Veterans United team helped to navigate us through the whole process.

Exercise your option to use this program. You will not regret it.

My agents Kevin and Shantel Payne have been awesome but my loan team (Marlon Galbreath and Kim Snyder) were a challenge to work with. My loan team struggled to communicate with me even after I left several voice-mails and emails over the course of 3-4 weeks. Their procrastination and lack of communication also resulted in our closing date being pushed back by 2 days and pushed into a new month which resulted in our closing cost nearly doubling since it was pushed from the end of the month to the beginning of a new month. Extremely stressful time working with them. I felt they were very unprofessional, and my agents hold the same sentiment for the loan team. I would not recommend working with this specific team. However, my agents were amazing to work with and would recommend them!

With interest rates as low as they are in 20-21 and veterans united as helpful as they were with my home purchase - now is the time for veterans to buy [if] they can find a property they like. The market is "extremely" competative. My home buying experience has finally come full circle after 10 years of on & off searching. Good luck!
