Almost too good to be true.
The loan origination team, consisting if Angie, Holly, and Julie, were outstanding. Always available to ask questions, thorough and patient in the explanation, they were fantastic to deal with. The underwriting side of the house could have been more organized. Hence the 8 vice 10. A comprehensive list of commonly required documents at the start would be better. Even if only 30-50% of people need it for the loan package, the client (I.e. Me) would never know if it was actually used. I would rather be ignorant of that than have to scramble in the final minutes to get something that ultimately caused a delay in reaching closing. Constructive criticism. It is my second time using this group and I will certainly consider them for the next go-around.
I have already and will continue to praise and recommend veterans United services to other veterans.I was thoroughly impressed with the process design and execution and fully believe in the genuine effort to assist veterans in the homebuying process.

Honest people which is what I left saying over and over again. They did not tell me what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear. They closed my loan in 2 1/2 weeks. It was painless!
