I loved this experience. The only headache I think was that our seller (Zillow) dragged their feet a little bit. But that is out of everyone's control. The team my husband and I had was priceless and we thank you for that.

I had a negative experience with everyone I had dealt with besides Jon. The truth is if I could have found a better deal at the time I would have gone elsewhere. Unreturned phone calls, not responding to my emails, and just a general lack of communication and relaxed attitude created unnecessary stress on my end. It was not Jon's fault, but his assistant and the other people certainly should take the blame.
