I do not recommend doing business with this company. The people do not seem to communicate very well with each other and blame each other for various problems and errors that occurred.

If you are a Veteran I highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans. They are highly qualified home loan specialists. They made our dreams come true.
If you want to purchase a home Veterans United is a top rate company that not only cares about you but make your journey in purchasing a home worrie free.
I had a great experience with Veterans United, specifically Tony Theberge.
If you are in a different time zone during crunch time, it could slow the process. However, my loan team definitely worked hard to make sure my experience was a good one.
The only thing I would suggest is when someone starts the process, one of the To Do check list items should be if they telecommute. If they do, then a To Do item early on for them to provide any documentation required from HR to verify their status as a remote worker. That would prevent last minute issues with underwriting that could delay closing.
This is a good to go, and you have all you need at you door step. Am really excited I did go this route.
As stated above, I have used Veterans United before. When I decided to refinance my home, I wanted to use someone I felt comfortable with. Even though they no longer had my home loan, I felt better using Ted and his team. They are always very helpful.
