Bottom line. My agent was absolutely the worst. He caused more problems than solutions. Kyle to over and made my not just my loan super easy but the whole house buying experience. I believe without Kyle as my loan officer I would not have bought this house. He made up for the lack of a agent. Give him a raise.

Matt always made sure I knew when there was new requirements on the to do list. This wasn't Matt's fault that I found it rather frustrating that the information requirements came down piece meal. I think the process could be more streamlined and less frustrating if all the departments got together and developed a more comprehensive checklist and review process. It's not just with home loans, I think automation has made people lazy about doing things right the first time across many sectors of business.
From start to finish it took less than 30 days and only a earnest of 1000 dollars to close our contract.
