I will definitely recommend Veterans United, very professional.

I shopped around for a mortgage and compared my service credit union, another national lending agency, and Veterans United.
While the credit union had a slightly lower rate, they were horrendous at answering questions or explaining why their 'cash to close' cost estimates were nearly $10k more than the other two lenders. Their customer service did not make me feel like they would be able to guide me towards what was in my best interest.
The second lender was pretty good with customer service and had a similar rate to Veterans United, but their fees were higher and although they would tell me over the phone that the cash to close estimate on paper was "high and not realistic" they would not provide a new estimate with the lower quoted number. No written proof of that number? No thanks!
Veterans United came in with a competitive rate, then lowered the rate when I showed them the credit union estimate. When I asked them about the different closing costs, they took the time to explain each item and who was responsible for paying it. The final estimated 'cash to close' number they gave me on the phone was put on paper the next day. When closing day came, I actually ended up paying less than the estimate.
Veterans United is a big company, but their customer service is simply amazing. It's been 16 months since we moved into our house and I'm glad I made the decision to go with Veterans United.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable of the whole process, very easy to work with and walk you right threw everything, even threw the closing, treat you like your there family, thank you so much for everything you did for me on buying a home

Such a competent, professional organization. Even our Realtor & Title Company Representative comment on how great Veterans United was to work with.

To all involved, thank you for the wonderful adventure....God bless you all.P.S.If you don't know Jesus, Read Romans Ch 10 verses 9-10.We and Jesus Love you.

This was a very long process. However it was not due to anyone from Veterans United. There was issues with getting the title work started and abstracting. I am glad I had Tony, Chad, and Bobby to keep me calm.

The most important step with all of this is to have your paperwork squared away and ready, I was able to close 2 weeks early and saved alot of time and money because of it. The loan officer I worked with was fantastic at communicating and working through the VA loan system for me. Biggest issue I had was with the home inspection, if it doesn't meet the requirements and the seller won't fix the issue then your kinda dead in the water. Overall a great company and I would recommend it to other service members.

I wish I had other experiences to draw on, but this was an extremely pleasant experience.

This is our 3rd VA home loan and by far the best experience thus far. Veterans United was responsive, informative, and always eager to answer questions.

Since my very first loan the process has been easy as the buyer. Over the years it seems that the process has been more streamlined and improved with the ability of using edocs.

I definitely recommend Veterans United Home Loans. All the staff is great kind friendly and just wants to help you get you what you want
