Derek Russel was very instrumental at guiding me throughout the entire VA loan process. He immediate requested my VA Certificate of Eligibility (EOC). After completing my loan application, Derek immediately released my pre-approval letter so I can provide it to my realtor and start my home search. Derek locked me in with a very low interest rate. Ryan, Chad and Kelly were extremely helpful they made this transaction possible and it was a smooth transition. I don't remember what lady answered the question, but that question established in my mind, that this was a friendly and knowledgable organization to work with. Several years passed before seeking financing assistance from Glenn about a home loan. "Veterans" of Veterans United gave me a sense of assurance, from that very first random question.
