Everything went great until the last several weeks and then communication stopped. I was trying to plan flights and time off work, travel and coordinate things around a closing that was pushed back a week with no word from Veterans United, I didn't know what was going on and kept having to pick days in the future to turn on utilities as I didn't have specific dates. I was going on a "guess" from my agent.If this wasn't a home I want to move my family into I would have called this off and switched lenders. The breach of trust was that bad.

A truly amazing service that looks out for Veterans and their families! Do Not Use Concierge Service, unless you are only looking at one house within the state you already reside. They cannot handle multiple listings or multiple states.DO YOUR OWN PAPERWORK. Any and all paperwork you can do, do! They will tell you they can make the process easier and take some of the stuff off your plate but they failed to do so in my case. I was behind on everything because I trusted in what they told me and now I am playing catch up.Get your loan, get your good percentage rate, let them handle the loan and do everything else yourself. Do not trust them to help you.
Nick was profesional at all times. Nick always made sure before our phone calls ended all my questions were answered.
