Aaron Smith at Veterans United was my "go to guy" I don't know how he managed it, but he always answered the phone when I called, (no pre-recorded messages) helped me get all the necessary paperwork submitted and helped me keep my sanity. If anyone states that buying a home is easy, I'll just give them my Mom look and say "really." it's a lot of back and forth. When I got my to-do list from them, it got ta-done immediately cuz otherwise thy can't move forward. I love a "punch list" keeps me on track. Save copies of everything you send. Chances are underwriting will need something from your file.
