It was the easiest loan process I have ever been though. Lots of help for anything you need. I’m not good on a computer. I bought my files in and Chris helped me through every step. Couldn’t have done it without his help.

First the good points- paperwork was easy to upload and website for “to-dos” and documents was excellent. The bad - communication was horrendous. I could get better service getting a loan from a guy selling out of a van up on blocks on the corner than here. I would have to call numerous times and leave messages( no one would answer) before hearing anything day or two later. Although we would upload all documents requested promptly closing took 3 months. We had to relock our rate twice which cost us additional money to close. Our closing costs went up 3000 from initial estimate. We have excellent credit rating and low debt to income so should have been a fairly quick close.
