Everyone says that they care for you like family, but Veterans United actually did. I have never received such white glove care from an entire team of people who honestly seemed to care about us. Our realtor was terrible, and when he dropped the ball, Veterans United stepped in. My finances were in OK shape, but with the help of their experts, we were able to get the best possible loan. They took all of the stress out out of a stressful environment, advised when necessary, stepped up when necessary, cared when necessary, answered all of my questions and made sure that we secured the home of our dreams. There’s no way that I can thank Eric and his team enough for all that they did. Truly magnificent, caring, kind, patient people. I cannot praise them or thank them enough.
When I tell you if I could give Travis Ward and Natalie Kelly a higher rating I would. They were superb during the whole process. Honestly, I feel they deserve a raise because they were awesome. If you want a good team working on your loan these are the people to have. Not Just outstanding, they were exceptional, extraordinary, superb, and remarkable.

The process was easy to start and simple to end.
Everything worked so smoothly there was no way it could have been improved. Contract to closing could have been done in 24 days, but had to wait for my attorney. Jon and his team are superb at this, and EVERY VETERAN should use Veterans United!
