Veterans United is simply the best! Amazingly, we closed on our new home 30 days after contacting Veterans United. Although, our loan specialist and loan coordinator were two time zones away, they stayed in constant contact with us. Every email and phone call were answered the same or next day. This was by far the most stress free home loan process we have ever experienced. I highly recommend Veterans United!

Jessica was exceptional! Our loan was complicated; encompassing relocating, a VA loan, a Relocation Company and a contingency sale. I am thankful for the loan and to have the new home. I just wish it had gone better. In fact now I am paying for the home owner insurance out of pocket because the representative doesn't respond to the insurance broker much like the way they dealt with the attorney for the seller.

Overall my service with Veterans United was pretty good. I was unaware of the inspection and appraisal fee because I’ve never bought a home before so I would suggest in the future you let first time home buyers know of the fees they are needing to pay in the future. Also there was some complication with my closing paperwork the day I closed so I didn’t close at the time I was scheduled and luckily my wife and I had flexible schedules but others may not be so fortunate. Other than that it was pretty simple to get through the process and you guys worked pretty fast and efficient. Thank you very much
