I would say make sure the buyer (applicant) knows what the total cost of things are during the process such as paying for closing cost, appraisal, and other fees. I think a common courtesy is to explain the money that the buyer will have to pay during the entire process and also explain the loan estimate items so it doesn’t surprise someone.
The team did a great job.
I would not recommend using United.

Over all I would highly recommend to another veteran, we appreciated every effort. As first time buyers, somethings were a struggle to understand and the Veteran's United team and real estate agent really made a joint effort to make our home buying experience a positive one and got us into our home in a timely manner with utmost professionalism.
Veterans United made our initial buying process painless and now we have refinanced with them. They have proactively looked for opportunities to save us money and I am grateful! EVERYONE we have had the pleasure of working with has been hands down the best.
