Like many, I heard about Veterans United on Reddit. I knew it was time to refi with rates being so good, and this company made the process simple, safe, and quick. We hammered out a great rate, got all the paperwork uploaded, went through the "to dos" list, and suddenly we were signing final documents! I felt a LOT better, safer, with Veterans United rather than the companies that send letters nearly daily, or worse yet, call and fake you out with a bait and switch call center. None of that insanity here. Everything was transparent, in writing, and carefully explained. I feel perfectly satisfied with every point of this refi, knowing they weren't just trying to get a commission out of me, but really wanting to help me get a good rate and consolidate some debt. there were many pieces of information I had to find out elsewhere that would have enhancs my valuation of the team if it came from them.i also would hope that in the future the team enhances their capability in keeping the client mentally secure as well as acknowledging a fault or misinformation instead of shift blame .I hope that there is not another client who experiences these events as the team started put with flying colors my family understands things can always get of of hand but we truly hoped for due diligence in reducing our apprehensions instead of increasing. My family and I would like to thank the team for everything our new journey has just begun but without them it would not have happened and for that we are truly grateful.

VU is awesome! We loved everything about this process with them! The website is clear and concise. The people are friendly and attentive. Alot of realtors are afriad of working with banks outside of there comfort zone but even my relator said she would start recommending Kyle Boger for her military clients!
