Avoid at all costs. We encountered not only a fundamental misunderstanding of utilizing a second VA, but had to go through underwriting twice and experienced a multiple week delay while moving cross country for a PCS.

I have used Veterans United 3 times in Oklahoma and Matthew Czerwonka was the lead on all 3. Matthew is the best and stays on top of everything. He is professional yet very friendly and I consider him a friend. His team always do a great job as well. The most recent house (September 2025) I bought using Veterans United was estimated 45 days to close, on Veterans United side they were ready to close a week early but the sellers were not ready so we closed on the original date. I would highly recommend Veterans United and Matthew Czerwonka.

I wasn’t impressed the round.. during the process. Last minute there was an issue with closing. Totally different experience from the first times I used this company.
