
When I first started this process, I was going to rent. Then I came across an email about Veterans United. I made a call, spoke with Cole, and before I knew it, I was looking for homes in SC. I couldn’t believe how smooth this process was; many days I texted Cole for reassurance that this was really happening. He promised me it was. I don’t think it has hit me yet as I’m meeting with contractors and have been so busy getting settled into my new home. Everyone involved played such a role and I’m forever grateful. Cole, Jillian and Zack were really superb and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Listen…. Even if things don’t always go the way you want them to in life. And you feel that you are at a dead end …. I turned to the VA about purchasing a house at 60 years old.. and yes even to my disbelief we got approved early and we closed on our new house yesterday!!!!! Thanks Scott for making these a great experience!!!! I honestly never believed it would happen till we signed on the do dotted line!!!!!

I wasn't a fan of Veteran's United and wouldn't use them again. Not to mention that once Mike ran our credit I received 48 solicitation calls from lenders around the US in 2 hours. This went on for over a week until the no call list we signed up for took effect.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. Getting bombarded with calls like that would frustrate anyone, and I can see why you'd feel let down.
When a credit report is pulled for a mortgage, credit bureaus sometimes sell that information as a “trigger lead,” and unfortunately, that can result in a wave of unwanted solicitation calls—something neither you nor your Loan Officer signed up for. It's frustrating and unfortunately pretty common across the mortgage industry. We totally get how invasive and overwhelming it feels, and I’m sorry we didn’t get the chance to explain more up front or help you prepare for that.

Everyone throughout the process that was apart of my team was very responsive and very helpful and patient with me even tho it was my first home purchase and made it a good experience!



Quick easy, no issues. I already knew what to expect going into it got all the information I needed from my loan officer, Denise and every step of the way any information that they needed I was informed promptly.

Our whole team was extremely professional throughout this entire confusing stressful process. They made it very easy and after we dropped off our horses yesterday and we’re closing the gate we noticed a box and it was a gift from VA unit and it’s a plaque that says home sweet home so they were very personal as well
