All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. The assessor was overly picky and despite 3 professionals in the field saying that one repair was NOT necessary at all, they insisted. I doubt that the person had ANY construction experience or they would have understood. It very nearly cost me the house. The closing costs also went from a few hundred to over 14k, which also was an irritation. I had several other lenders offer lower closing costs but I found vu to be much easier to get ahold of.
