I had several delays with closing. I get that it happens but found the team working with Wesley Earl to not be proactive in their communication. I also asked for a lower rate since the fed cut rates and was told no. Not sure I’d recommend again. Our first home with VU was great.

I also hear your frustration about the rate. I know how quickly things can shift when the Fed announces changes, and I’m sorry the options available at the time didn’t line up with what you were hoping for.

Jennifer and Sarah were absolutely incredible. They turned what appeared to be Dunkirk feeling and true uncertainty going from a construction loan to a permanent mortgage into a seamless process. Matt and the team overall were beyond knowledgeable in terms of helping me decide If refinancing was the best option for me during this time. I was able to save a significant amount of money thanks to the team. I literally refer to them as the Dream Team.. would highly recommend anyone who is a veteran go through Matt, though I know that everyone isn’t as lucky I sure am blessed to have been one of many who can have such a smooth process.
