Good all around process
My landlord was selling his building due to Covid 19, I was freaking out about what this meant for my family as this gave us 90 days to figure things out. After a week of depression, I decided I was tired of renting,especially this experience left me feelinglike my family would be at the whim of someone else . I completed some info online and received a callback from Morgan Robinson at Veteran united. My credit score was almost in range of being able to secure a loan (638). I explained the time crunch and she guides me through my credit report and strategically resolving issues and paying down debt. Before long, within 2 weeks, my credit score had jumped to all mid 700's! She was as excited as me to see this payoff and congratulate me on moving towards next steps. The VU app and Nick made it all smooth sailing from there. Who doesnt have a stressful underwriting experience? Anyone smart or lucky enough to have the loan team I had working on their behalf. Could've closed on my loan weeks earlier than expected. Felt so confident I ordered movers for closing day. I am now in my home and super happy. I am so thankful for the experience. Mr. Nicholas Staudenmyer was an outstanding battle buddy during this process. He was always available and responded as if he cared. He made a virtual process during a pandemic stress free.
