It's a good organization, you won't go wrong using them for your mortgage needs. They all have their job to do and they do it, they don't bother you with a lot of phone calls, they just contact you when they needed information or just wanted to give you updates.
This is my family's first home and my second refinances and it has all be done through Veterans United. I will say, it is harder to log in than to work with the awesome people of Veterans United! This company is amazing and I will continue to do business with them for this and future homes.

This is my second time working with VU. I bought my first home with VU a few years ago and was clueless about the home buying process and VA loans. VU made it easy and demystified the process for me. This time around, I refinanced my mortgage, with the added wrinkle of being stationed overseas in Japan and 16 hours ahead. Somehow, the VU team still managed to make the process seamless. Little questions and issues popped up, but my team and especially my loan officer Mark Manos were incredibly attentive and reliable throughout the month+ long process. I looked into some of the big banks and lenders and I’m confident that no one else could have gotten me the rate I got, and absolutely no one else could have provided the same level of support that VU provided. As an active duty service member stationed far from home, VU really helped make me feel like we were on the same page the entire time and that my needs were their highest priority.
