Everything was perfect. Team was always available, answered all of my question on time and advised me in the right direction every time.
Sometimes there were inaccuracy in documents on the portal and we had to connect with Taylor our mortgage coordinator to rectify. Attention to detail is important so perhaps some additional oversight or training is needed.

If you are thinking about choosing Veterans United for your VA loan, just do it. I went through another large bank that ended up quoting quite a bit larger APR than Veterans United offered me. If you are worried about them not having brick and mortar locations by you, DONT. It is very streamlined and any question along the way will be answered.
