Thank you team for helping us through out this journey and we are grateful for your help and support. God bless you all.
I definitely would recommend and use veteran United again to buy a home. Everyone seems to be there for you.
Well, here goes! I would like to address the POWERS THAT BE THAT MAKE THE DECISIONS ABOUT who decides that the VETERANS who are looking for homes and using VETERANS UNITED CANNOT ALLOW THE seller & potential buyer to make the following HONEST/EARNEST REQUESTS instead of having to pay for an inspection from a person who is NOT a LICENSED ANYBODY in any of the fields they are inspecting. AND Use this method instead:
Buyer & Seller Agree to split the cost of:
Hiring A Local or Semi-Local Professional/Licensed:
Roofer Inspection
Plumber: Water/Gas Inspection
Termite Company Inspectioni
Electrical Inspection
ect.
THIS way it is done by a professional, someone everyone can TRUST, some who is licensed in that field and someone who both parties can agree on as well as the mortgage co./underwriting etc. Then perhaps, when the first one is done, the buyers and sellers, IF something else doesn't work out, the inspections can be satisfied for say IF the inspections puts a GOOD TILL date on with some exceptions that the partiies would negotiate on perhaps. But that would be better than paying someone who gets paid a who amount of monies and they are NOT proficient in all those areas and thus it is more expense on the buyer.
In addition, this way could also CUT down on the sellers' CONSESSIONS as well. So perhaps this could be a WIN WIN situation.
WITH all the changes in the world with technology; and even the TINY HOUSE taking over. WHY NOT GIVE US WHO LOVE OUR BIG HOMES somemore ADVANTAGES that are were it will PAY OFF!????
Thanks for listening.... I'm just a disabled veteran who is trying to do her part to live on a limited income and if it were not for my FABULOUS TEAM, Nolan Hout & Jim Lowry... this year would be even tougher for me. Thanks Veterans United for allowing me to share one of several of my ideas!!!
I'm looking forward to doing this all over again with my next home purchase.
I did not appreciate having the final closing documents sent via email at midnight the day of closing. I was working during the day and had limited time to review prior to closing. The documents should have been sent 2-3 business days prior to closing to allow time for me to review them
This is the second time I have used Veteran’s United for a home and it was a wonderful process considering that I am in Pennsylvania and purchased a home in GA. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about Andrew, Levi, Sandi, Mattie, and the entire team that helped me with my mortgage. If a Veteran is looking to buy a home please use this company.
Veterans United made our home buying process super easy. We provided Nick the information he needed and once we chose our forever home, he took it from there! We can't recommend Veterans United and the team enough!!!
