Throughout the stressful process Scott has a positive attitude which really made the process easier! Not to mention Scott welcomed a child to his family and he still made sure our home loan was taken care of and had support if needed. This process was so smooth from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was on their game! Our realtor was incredibly organized and on top of it, she had excellent insight! Our loan team was very communicative and answered all my questions, we were supported every step of the way! The online process to upload documents was so easy to use! The “To Do,” checklist was a huge help in making sure everything was completed and documents were easily shared, then the document area was easy to go in and review a document if I needed to!
