I would give a higher rating if I could. This was our third loan with Mike Mange and his team (original loan and two IRRLs). OUTSTANDING group of people! I can’t say enough positive things about them. I wholeheartedly recommend VU because of Mike and his team. Great company and great people at work for their customers.
Working with Veterans United made an involved and at times complicated process easy to manage, up to helping me manage a difficult situation with my credit union. My loan specialist and processor made sure I was aware of and understood each step of the process. Their level of communication was outstanding. If you haven't lived in the same place for several years or had the same job for a long time be prepared to dish out a lot of paperwork and explanations. While I liked the service team and the end result the overall experience ranks right up there with alien anal probes.

VU will do a GREAT job with their online portal.My loan team was very responsive overall. However, make sure you count on the loan process taking time, as there are many moving pieces.
