I did everything on-line quickly and efficiently with just an iPhone. The best customer care experience I’ve had; loan officer was helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. I’ve purchased 3 homes previously using other VA lenders, and veterans untied by far did the best job ! They were quick, efficient. and had the best customer service.
Dan Salter and his team were the best group of specialists I have ever worked with and would one hundred percent recommend to anyone I know that will want to use there VA loan benefit to purchase there home.

Easy to use website and To-Do-List with helpful videos to guide you along. HOWEVER, Agent to Client communication is lacking. I felt alone and felt out of the loop. I was not verbally informed ahead of time about all the fees I'd have to come up with on my end.I informed them I had NOTHING TO PUT DOWN yet after it was all over I had to put down 500.00 to hold the place as well as additional $2000 out of pocket in home inspection, appraisal and remaining closing costs... It took a toll that I am no longer excited about buying a house...I feel robbed and mislead. If I knew what I was getting into I would have waited..
