The concierge people were really on top of things and gave me recommendations for realtors that have worked with United Veterans which made the process even easier. Check on me to see how I liked the realtor, then they also helped with finding an insurance company for my house and were there for me all the way.
Was a good experience from start to finish. Was made aware quickly of progress of the loan all the way through.
Received excellent help and support from the entire team in order to complete the tasks at hand. Once we found our house, the process was easy and quick. Moved into our home 45 days later.
As a 1st time buyer relocating from Ca. to Va. taking time off (more than i should've) switching careers, i thought i had jeopardized my chances of getting a home loan much less a house with just 1yr. or less working in my new field.
Angela Price took my 1st call when i was just checking out my loan options with less than 1yr of working, and thankfully she kept in touch even when i didn't to help me get started. Her persistence, and reassurance with Craig that they would work with me was up and beyond what i got else where.
When the ball got rolling their whole team jumped in with all types of resources. As of. 10/9/20 at 15:08 i was a home owner, several $$,$$$ under asking, and attention to detail on inspection got a couple extras that eased my worries. Closed a little after the original closing date, but it was worth the wait.

While the overall experience was decent, closing costs were thousands of dollars more than the estimated amount. Very inaccurate and disappointing

I would say that it was amostly positive experience. I am sure with most banks there are times when the process can be frustrating.
