Initially, I had reservations about using an internet based loan company, but the loan team assigned to me was like having a local mortgage company handle the transaction. The team was very knowledgeable in VA loans and the entire process. The team was very responsive to my questions and concerns and made themselves available after hours. From the preapproval letter to the closing, the online tools made everything very easy to accomplish the steps ontime and close the loan on time. My experience was not great. I think because of the many moving parts with my loan, it was scrutinized more than others may have been. Would recommend if you are selling a house, sell the house first before getting a VA loan to purchase your next primary residence, especially if moving to another State.
