It doesn't appear to me that there is proper communication within the company.
Veterans United is a great company to work with when buying a new a home. Very personable individuals to help you through the process and guide you all the way to closing. We really enjoyed working with them and recommend them highly. We love our new home. Thank You Veterans United!!!!!!!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience
This is my 5th time buying/refinancing a home and by far the worst experience. I would highly discourage anyone at Scott Air Force Base from using this business in the future.

Veterans United will work with you promptly through your PCS move. I was recently inna month long school without my phone for the majority of it and Veterans United was still able to help me get a home loan in order to buy my first house!
If you don't Let Aimee take care of you, you might not get it done.... Or worse yet get hammered on a rate....
My experience with Veterans United was delightful.
The speed at which VU began processing information regarding the home-buying was appreciated, initially. But that speed gave way to erratic communication late in the process, with documentation having to be sent multiple times for the loan team to receive it, placing the burden on us the buyers and our realtor to ensure they were receiving documentation that had already been sent to them. While the junior loan officers weren't unpleasant to speak with, the struggle to help them find info that they had already been sent was frustrating and unnecessary.

The best company ever!!! We got our loan from such hardworking loan officers. They bent over backwards to help us and end result was wonderful. We recommend veterans united to anyone who is trying to purchase a home!
