Use veterans United over local lenders. They understand the military timelines are difficult and understand the hardship of moving in the military. My realtor kept pushing for a local lender but the local lenders quotes were not as good as my Veteran United quote. I will use again when I buy another house down the road.
Being a first time home buyer they made the process so easy I wish I had done this alot sooner.

Adam has done a great job and been incredibly patient throughout this long process of a failed refi a few years ago, to the preapproval for a home loan we never got to use because our buyer backed out, to helping us refinance this house so that we could put in a downstairs bathroom and remodel the upstairs bath, so that staying in this home for several more years becomes much more comfortable. I’m very happy with how this has all gone.
