We were very disappointed with the appraisal company that was chosen in our area. The closing could have happened several days (more like 2 weeks) sooner had the appraiser not held onto the report for 16 days after it was completed. This delay caused us to spend quite a bit of money to stay in 2 AirBNB's and the Motel 6.

We originally utilized Daniel and his team at Veterans United. Since we were in a push to be in the home by 12/30/19 for tax purposes, they were able to get the house closed on 12/23/2019 fulfilling our needs. Later Daniel dropped and email about Interest rates going down. We chose to refinance the home and dropped our payment to make the move worthwhile.
