I would highly recommend them. I was so worried and thought the experience would rate awful up there with cars sale but it was quite the opposite. I can't move to often or own more than one home but if I could I would run straight to them for all my needs.

Chris Lippmann is very helpful and he works to help you as much as he can. When he asks for forms, send them as soon as you can because that helps him to process your loan faster.
I would recommend VU to some of my other veteran friends when they look for their homes in the future.
Plan for slight delays and about a 30-60 day find house to closing day. Don't be afraid to reach out, someone always answers as promptly as possible. Be straight forward and honest about what you want, what you need, and deal breakers and you will find your forever home.
