Great competitive rates. Received pre-approval letter in less than 48 hrs. Web site easy to use when uploading documents or checking loan status. Tried to close under 40 days but Veterans United wasn't able to process loan by requested close date. Veterans United required much more documentation than experienced with other lenders in the past.

Honestly, I’ve heard many horror stories about mortgage lenders. I can’t not thing of one negative thing about VU.
